Information submitted by job applicants under the "Careers" section of this Site is routed to our recruiting database and used solely for recruiting purposes.

It is our policy to protect the privacy of any PII shared by you. C3i takes data protection seriously and provides access permission to systems that contains such data only on a need to know basis. The information you provide is generally stored for the lifetime of our system unless you request that it be removed.

Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf

The PII which you provide on this Site as well as to C3i may be transferred within C3i across borders, outside of your country of residence to other countries, including, but not limited to, the United States

You may have the right under data protection legislation on payment of a fee to request access to personal information about you held by us and to have it corrected where appropriate. C3i or Your Organization will email you a copy of our privacy statement at least once per year at the email address on record at the time.

Miscellaneous

Disclaimer

C3i intends to keep secure any PII that you submit to us. However, the open nature of the Internet is such that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended. Therefore, in submitting PII to any web site connected to the internet, you assume some risk of an unauthorized third party obtaining that information. To guard against this threat we advise that any individual using the internet as a communications medium take steps to educate themselves on the risks and take necessary steps to address them as best as possible. These steps include, but are not limited to, using encryption software and installing anti-spyware on your system

Communications

In order to maintain the security of our systems, protect our staff, record transactions, and, in certain circumstances, to prevent and detect crime or unauthorized activities, C3i reserves the right to monitor all internet communications including web and email traffic into and out of its domains.

C3i may update this policy from time to time. Please check this Site periodically for updates. Policy updates shall be effective the date the change is posted on this Site. Notice of any material changes in the manner in which C3i handles personally identifiable information under this policy will be provided on this Site.

Children

This Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children under the age of thirteen (13) years. C3i will not knowingly collect PII from or about children and has no need for such information in the conduct of its business.
