C3i Appoints Stefaan Vanassche to Director, CRM Services for EMEA

C3i Inc, the leader in technology support and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the Life Sciences industry, announced the appointment of Stefaan Vanassche to Director, CRM Services for EMEA.
C3i provides end-user technology training, multi-lingual service desk and mobile hardware deployment and configuration solutions to life science organizations worldwide. As pharmaceutical companies consolidate and optimize their IT support, C3i is experiencing steady growth in providing service desk and hardware services to end-users in Europe. Currently, C3i helps more than 3800 pharmaceutical professionals across EMEA to maximize adoption and reap the benefits of their customer relationship management (CRM) software and more than other 130 applications. To support its continuous growth, C3i has engaged Stefaan Vanassche as Director, CRM Services responsible for the EMEA region to ensure continual service quality and the scalability of C3i’s solution.
In his role, Mr. Vanassche will be responsible for managing the overall account management processes and operational service delivery to clients across Europe. This includes responsibility for account planning, business development, cross-functional operational oversight, 3rd party partner integration, and overall client satisfaction.
Stefaan Vanassche studied computer sciences at the KU Leuven University in Belgium and received his MBA from the Vlerick Business School. He has 15 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare experience across the EMEA region.
Mr. Vanassche has worked as Account Director for Across Health, the strategic partner of many high-profile pharmaceutical companies in Europe, North America and Asia. In this role he worked with some of the key names in the industry, such as Johnson &Johnson, Glaxo Smith Klein and UCB. Mr. Vanassche worked for several years as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Critical Care Company, a company building Electronic Health Records (EHR) software for hospitals. He also has many years of experience in different roles related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and implementing ITIL service management processes.
