C3i Inc Announces its First CRM Support Contract in EMEA with a Global Pharmaceutical Company
Morristown, NJ – December 16, 2010
C3i Inc, the leader in technology outsourcing services for the life sciences industry, announced that a global pharmaceutical company has selected C3i to provide helpdesk support and workstation management services to maximize the effectiveness of their field-based sales professionals across Europe. This is the first contract for C3i to offer multilingual Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application support in the European market.
From its multilingual operations center in Sofia, Bulgaria, C3i will be providing 24x5 Tier 1 help desk support for the company’s Siebel CRM and SalesForce.com applications. C3i’s support experience will allow more than 500 sales representatives across 19 counties in Europe as well as Russia, Australia and Canada to rapidly adopt and use CRM systems to increase productivity in the field. A team of trained helpdesk professionals will take calls in 8 languages including French, German, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Dutch and Russian. Under the terms of the contract, C3i will also provide support for 15 additional office applications.
Supporting this field-based pharma sales force is a major expansion of the helpdesk capabilities of the European operations center of C3i. This location currently provides IT outsourcing services to over 300,000 clinical professionals worldwide using eClinical applications.
Additionally, from its hardware logistics center in Cologne, Germany, C3i is contracted to provide workstation management services for the pharma company’s sales force and laptop replacement for their international remote employees.
