C3i to Provide Clinical Help Desk Support and Training Service to a Leading Academic Research Center in Belgium

Morristown, NJ – October 3, 2011

<Morristown, NJ, 1 October, 2011 > C3i Inc, the leader in technology support and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the Life Sciences industry, announced today that it was selected by the leading oncology hospital and academic research center in Belgium, to provide 24/7 multilingual help desk and training services to support their program of oncology clinical trials running on Oracle Clinical (OC) and Remote Data Capture (RDC) 4.6.

C3i will provide the Belgian institute with technology training and support services to enable around 700 clinical sites participating in an international oncology study to rapidly become proficient in the use of OC-RDC 4.6. From its multilingual helpdesk in Sofia, Bulgaria, C3i will provide 24/7 help desk support of the OC RDC 4.6 application in 5 languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian.

More than 1500 site users and clinical research associates from 48 countries will be trained in the C3i’s virtual eLearning environment on how to effectively articulate the features, benefits, and goals of the OC-RDC 4.6.
